Carole Mansur graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst in 1981 and New England Law | Boston in 1993. She was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1993, New Hampshire in 1994 and North Carolina in 2007.
After graduating law school where she served as an editor of the New England Law Review, she worked as a law clerk for Magistrate William H. Barry in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is currently a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and admitted to practice in the state courts of New Hampshire, Massachusetts and North Carolina. She is also admitted to the United States District Court of New Hampshire and the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Parnell, Michels & McKay, PLLC, she practiced law with Michels & Michels in Londonderry, New Hampshire since 1997. She joined Parnell, Michels & McKay, PLLC when Michels & Michels Law Office merged with Parnell & McKay, PLLC in 2014. She concentrates her practice in Wills and Estate planning, Probate, Real Estate and Business formation and acquisitions. She is also a member of the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law section and the Real Property Law section of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
In addition to practicing law, she has served on the UMASS Amherst Alumni Association Board of Directors and also served on the Executive Committee. Carole’s experience in the area of Estate Planning helps clients implement their plans to provide for their families and loved ones. Her experience in the New Hampshire Probate and Superior Courts assists clients in navigating the Court system and obtaining a fair resolution of their disputes.
