
Rory Parnell has been a partner at the firm since 2017, and dedicates his practice to personal injury (including motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle collisions, dog bites, product liability injuries , slip and falls, and other injury based claims), workers’ compensation, wrongful death and civil litigation (including real estate litigation and limited employment matters). He has worked in the legal industry since 2002.
Rory has been admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations since 2011, and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of New Hampshire. Rory has been an active member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Academy for Trial Attorneys since being admitted to the bar, and has taught other lawyers continuing legal education in the areas of Plaintiff advocacy.
A known zealous advocate for the injured, he dedicates his primary case load to fighting insurers and forcing them to pay fair value for his clients claims. Rory has been awarded many honors that represent his excellent advocacy skills, in addition to his tireless dedication to those less fortunate that require pro bono and legal aid services.
