As in life, we often find ourselves in positions where legal professionals are needed to assist. I found myself in that exact position and was referred to Parnell, Michels & McKay. In my dealings with the firm, there was clear communications, expectations and deliverables. The requested retainer was reasonable. Their staff and the attorney that I dealt with, Rory Parnell, was professional, courteous and efficient. I didn’t feel like this attorney and his firm was just looking for more billable time. Lastly, even though this chapter of needing legal services for me has successfully concluded (with the help of Parnell, Michels & McKay), I have decided to keep this legal counsel in my contacts for the next time I might find myself in need of legal services.
